![]() Perhaps I bring awareness to the feeling of air entering my nasal passage, going down the back of my throat and then exiting back out through the nose. I pay attention to my belly rising and falling. You do not have to be sitting on a cushion on the floor with your eyes closed in a full-lotus position to practice Mindfulness. There is a misconception about meditating.
